Appointment Cancellation & Returns
I understand that on occasion, you may change your mind over the date and time or nature of your treatment. For a full refund, cancellation of appointments must be made either by telephone on: 07811 515723 or by emailing me at: firstname.lastname@example.org with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will not be eligible for a refund but the booking may be deferred for up to 7 days.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you, as a consumer, have the right to cancel your order for a product from my website within 14 days of receipt and receive a full refund. For further information, please refer to my Terms and Conditions of Supply.
Unless the item you wish to return is faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Product(s) to me. Items damaged since their delivery to you will not be refunded.
For all cosmetic items, the product seal must still be intact, and the product unopened and in its original packaging. This is because cosmetic items cannot be resold for health and hygiene reasons once unwrapped.
