A bit about the ‘Why’ for me!
A few years ago, I was separated from my now ex-husband. I was running two businesses and terrified about my future. I made several disastrous decisions, out of desperation to sort my life out, and experienced a lot of stress and anxiety with the unraveling of  the marriage and juggling of new challenges. I wish something like this had been available at the time, because I think it could have given me a glimmer of hope, when a lot of the time I couldn’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. Having a focus or a goal, can make a massive difference to anyone when they are feeling flat. The goal may change, but everything starts with you and the more you are able to ride with the peaks and troughs because you have that vision, the better you feel.

I would like to make it clear that you don’t have to be at the bottom of the pit to do this course, but I passionately believe that when you have a focus, you learn so much about yourself and what you are capable of!

Why ‘Now Is?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Your Time’?

If you get frustrated with yourself when year after year you set yourself a challenge and you start of great gusto and then it falls by the wayside!
If you’ve had a change in circumstances, and feel like you need some ongoing focus.
If you have a vision for yourself but to get there seems so overwhelming that you can’t begin to workout the steps to achieve it.

How is this going to work?
Every 6 weeks we will meet and cover different topics, and explore blocks that you may have when working towards you goals. We will cover areas such as: Goal setting, Money, Relationships, Relationship with Time, Health, Career/Work and in fact any other area that may be appropriate. The aim is that what ever goal or vision for yourself you may have, we take a rounded and balanced approach. Each session will last for 2 hours.

What are we going to do in the sessions?
We will work on forming a goal or vision that is positive and fits with your situations and circumstances. Understanding how the conscious and unconscious mind can work in tandem to help support you achieve your goals, and how if you get thrown of course at any point, you can make sure you never go back to square one.
Uncovering areas where you maybe blocked either in your mindset or physical environment and how you can change that. Grasping the concept of energy, and how where the energy goes the energy flows and how if you feel positive you will begin to attract what you would like! Exploring the negative patterns to creative postive change.

The Aim
To work in a small group and keep you focused on achieving what ‘makes your heart sing!’ and gets you REALLY EXCITED! You will set yourself tasks to go away and do between meetings and you will also be given worksheets and any other tools, such as recorded Hypnosis to help keep you on track. We will have accountability and have a facebook private page where we can communicate regularly to support and guide.

The cost of each session will be £30. At every session you will asked to pay and commit to the following one. The intention is to keep this focus over a year, but a minimum commitment of 3 is requested. An important part of these sessions is the group dynamic.
